This freeform teardrop cabochon has a beautiful deep pink background with veins of black manganese oxide running through it. Rhodonite is a manganese inosilicate and is named after the Greek word for rose, rhodon. All of our cabochons are cut with a rounded dome, polished flat back, and back cut to accommodate bezel settings. Colors may vary somewhat from what is pictured due to differences in computer monitors.
